One Pot Golden Milk Applesauce

This simple applesauce is the perfect topping for oatmeal, desserts, and whatever else your heart desires. If you have 30 minutes and want your house to smell like fall, I highly suggest you try it out.

  • 8 apples (I used a mixture of golden delicious, rome, and red delicious) peeled and chopped into small peices
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp golden milk powder use less if you're not familiar with the flavor


  1. Peel, slice, and chop the apples into small chunks, and place them in a large saucepan.

  2. Place all other ingredients in the same saucepan and mix thoroughly.

  3. Cook on medium-low for about 30 minutes, until the apples are tender and all of the flavors are singing together.
